Before we dive into all the specific features of the Webex Suite, we'll need to lay the foundation for customized experiences using locations and groups. Locations organize users and devices by site, while Users and Groups streamline administration and policy management.

Locations

Specifying floors within locations will allow admins to easily assign devices, meeting rooms and users within specific areas of their offices. This helps with emergency services settings, troubleshooting and physical space utilization. Create a floor to indicate where the RainbowRacoon game development team works at PPS Corporate. Users

As the main contact for contractor accounts, Ricardo Filice needs to manage their access efficiently and securely. For compliance, he should not have access to all organization-wide settings in Control Hub. Assign the appropriate admin role to Ricardo.
