Lab 4 - Messaging

In this lab, you'll learn how to customize your organization's messaging settings. We'll discuss possible changes at the organization level, then use the Messaging template to apply settings for a specific user group.

The Messaging default vs template settings chart shows which settings are set by default and which can be customized for groups using the template. Use the chart as a quick reference to compare default settings with customizable options to fit your organization’s needs.

Apply template to PPS Contractor Group	Click Create template and next Search “PPS Contractor Group” Click Done
