Lab 2 - Location Settings
In this lab, you will learn how to add locations.
-
Paw Pet Supply Solutions desire their telephone system configured in a certain way:
- There is 1 locations: HQ
- Cisco Calling Plan is used as PSTN
- 10 numbers ordered
- Open Hours defined to be used for users, and calling features

Management-> Locations-> dCloud-> Location info |
San Jose is the headquarters and main location Rename dCloud location

Management-> Locations-> Select location-> PSTN->PSTN Configuration->PSTN connection->Manage |
HQ will use the Cisco Calling Plan Assign a PSTN Connection to the location

Services-> PSTN & Routing-> Numbers-> Add numbers |
The location needs 10 numbers Order and add Numbers

Management-> Locations-> Select location -> PSTN-> PSTN Configuration-> Main number |
To make and receive calls the location needs a main number. The location must present their own main number as their caller id. Assign a main number to HQ

Management-> Locations-> Select location -> Calling-> Calling features settings-> Voice portal |
HQ needs voicemail. Configure the voice portal

Calls coming into the main number need to route to specific options based on the time of day. Create a schedule for HQ
