Lab 3 - Users

In this lab, you will learn how to assign licenses, and assign extensions to users manually and in bulk.

Paw Pet Supply Solutions desire their telephone system configured in a certain way:
- 8 users with webex calling professional license

Instructions

1.	Management-> Users-> select Anita Perez
	Anita Perez needs a phone number and to use calling features. Assign Anita a Calling license and assign a phone number License: Webex Calling Professional Location: HQ Number: Unused number (not main number of the Location) Extension: 101 Webex Help Article
2.	Management-> Users-> Add users OR Add users dropdown -> Manage users by CSV
	there are 8 employees that require extensions for calling. First download the existing user list, Go to Management->Users->Add users dropdown->Manage users by CSV and click on "Generate a new CSV" button. Under Export Status, look for Results and the Download link. Open the downloaded file using excel, or any CSV editor that helps to visualize columns. Fill only the indicated columns, leave the rest blank. Don't modify the first row of your user csv template. Don't modify Anita Perez, or remove row. Extension: use the table bellow Location: HQ Webex Calling VAR Professional: TRUE Save with a different name, and verify the extension and format is csv. Import csv file. Webex Help Article
