Learning Objectives

This lab will give you an introduction to Cisco's new Native AI for Contact Center Enterprise. This session focuses on the benefits of the new contact center AI and cloud services within Cisco Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE/PCCE/WxCCE) for large enterprises looking to take advantage of cloud contact center services either in part or in full. We intend to show you how to implement several of these cloud-based services either hands-on or step-through to include setup, base functionality, and basic troubleshooting. This session is ideal for IT professionals or decision-makers involved in managing and planning to accelerate their business value with new contact center enterprise AI and cloud service offerings.
